SUBJECT : Progress Report- re: Shooting Incident Resulted to the Death of

Juan Dela Cruz

2. This pertains to the Shooting Incident that transpired at Barangay Bancod

Indang, Cavite at around 7:00 in the morning of 19, April 2023. Be informed that
the victim Juan Dela Cruz, 38 years old, married, student at Cavite State
University was shot by suspect Juan C Tamad, 40 years old, married, farmer, and
a resident of the same place.

3. The cadaver of the victim was moved to Mabini Funeral Home for autopsy
examination. The immediate cause of his death was gunshot wounds on the
different parts of his body.

4. The suspect was arrested at his house during a hot-pursuit operation conducted,
but the weapon used in the commission of the crime was not recovered and he is
now under the custody of this station for investigation and proper disposition.

5. Further development will be sent to that office as soon as obtained.
