MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Spot Report re Two Found Bodies

DATE : March 18, 2024

1. On March 18, 2024, at about 1:22 am, one YUKI DAVID, 21 years
old, resident of Brgy 1, Caloocan City, came to this office and
reported that he spotted two found bodies along Gen Emilio Jacinto
St, Brgy Castaneda, Silang Cavite in front of Crime Scene Plaza.

2. Upon receiving the report, ACPS Investigation Team led by PMAJ

RAYMARK CAGUIOA proceeded to the crime scene to investigate the
incident. The crime scene was immediately cordoned off by the ACPS
to collect forensic evidence and preserve the integrity of the crime scene;

3. The two unconscious bodies were identified as “JAJA SANTIAGO”, a

waiter at Happy Hour Bistro and Club and the other was still
unidentified.

4. Immediate medical assistance was called to the scene, and the victims were
transported to Cavite General Hospital for treatment.

5. The suspect responsible for the shooting incident remains at large. Further
investigation was conducted by this office for the identification and location
of the suspect;

6. Progress report will follow.
