SUBJECT : Progress Report on Shooting Incident resulted to Death of Miko

Ampatuan

1. Reference: Spot report on Shooting Incident dated December 18, 2020.

2. This pertains to the shooting incident that transpired in Twinkle Day Care Center,
Tartaria, Silang, Cavite at around 11:00 in the morning on December 18, 2020. The
victim Miko Ampatuan, 38 years old, married, laborer, and a resident of Twinkle Day
Care Center, Tartaria, Silang, Cavite was shot by suspect Fernando Havana, 40 years
old, married, farmer, and a resident of the same place. The said victim was brought
to Qualimed Hospital for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival.
3. The cadaver of the victim was moved to Regional Crime Laboratory Office for
autopsy examination. The said immediate cause of his death was gunshot wound on
the neck, head and trunk.
4. The suspect was arrested at his house during hot-pursuit operation but the weapon
used in the commission of the crime was not recovered. He is now under the custody
of Silang Police Station for investigation and proper disposition.
5. Further development will be sent to that office as soon as obtained.
