SUBJECT : Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident

DATE : December 20, 2023

1. On December 20, 2023 at about 1:15 P.M. a shooting incident

happened at Talavera Highway, wherein victim one Alexander
Cabradilla also known as BOY OTUK 23 years old, 4 th year
college, a resident of BRGY Burnek, Talavera was shot by the
suspect Marc Jonel Dalisay also known as TANGGOL, 40 years
old, married, mechanic and a resident of San Ramos.

2. As a result thereof, the victim sustain multiple gunshot wounds at

the back of the body was rushed to PJG Talavera Hospital for
medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by
the attending physician thereat.

3. The suspect was arrested at his car during hot-pursuit operation

conducted, and the weapon used in the commission of the crime
found with him, and he is now under the custody of the police
station for investigation and proper disposition. The body of the
victim was moved to Regional Crime Laboratory Office for
Talavera for autopsy and examination.

4. The motive of incident is undetermined and the case is still under

investigation
