SUBJECT : Spot Report re stabbing incident

DATE : February 27, 2021

1. On February 27, 2021, evening, a stabbing incident occur during the 18 th

birthday celebration of the victim’s daughter at Barangay Apopong,
General Santos City. Makar Police Station identified the victim as Analyn
Bantillo Redouble, 40 years old, she was wounded on the left side of her
shoulder after getting stabbed by the suspect named Noel Bartillo
Pagalan, 36-years old, married and a driver resides at Purok 2 extension,
Brgy. Apopong.

2. According to the initial investigation of Macar PNP, the suspect stabbed

her own sister out anger, his anger occur when everyone in his table was
called for the 18 roses of his niece and dance except him who was left on
the table alone. The suspect admitted that he went to the kitchen where
he found the knife and used as weapon to stab the victim. He indeed
stabbed the victim three times on her left shoulder, he claims that the
range he experiences has prevented him from thinking clearly and be
rational.

3. The victim was taken to Diagan Hospital, luckily there is no serious

complications occur from the wound. She was already discharge from the
 hospital. The suspect was already apprehended by the members of
Barangay Police Action Team (BPAT) and was turned over to Makar PNP.

4. The arrested suspect Noel Bartillo Pagalan was temporarily detained at

Makar Police Station detention cell while waiting for the final disposition of
the case, and waiting for the decision of the family if they will file a final
complaint against the suspect or withdraw the said case.

2. That on January 27, 2021, evening, at Barangay Apopong, General

Santos City, a stabbing incident occur during the debut party of the
victim’s daughter. The victim was identified as Analyn Bantillo Redouble,
40 years old, she was wounded on the left side of her shoulder after
getting stabbed by the suspect named Noel Bartillo Pagalan the victim’s
own brother.

3. That the suspect admitted the act of stabbing of his own sister out anger,
his anger occur when everyone in his table was called for the 18 roses of
his niece and dance except him who was left on the table alone. The
suspect admitted that he went to the kitchen where he found the knife and
used as weapon to stab the victim. He indeed stabbed the victim three
 times on her left shoulder, he claims that the range he experiences has
prevented him from thinking clearly and be rational.

4. That the suspect was already apprehended and currently detained at

Makar Police Station, while waiting for his judgement.

5. That the victim decided to file a case against the suspect and appropriate
charges will be filed against him.
