SUBJECT : Spot report on Mauling, Hacking and Stabbing Incident
DATE : April 16, 2018

1. References: On or about April 16, 2018 around 11:20 PM. A
shooting incident transpired in front of Lucao Elementary School located in
Purok uno, Dagupan City, Pangasinan. The victim was identified as one Mark
Allen Aquero Tadeo, 23 years old, single, a college student of University of
Pangasinan, and a resident of Barangay Tapuac, Dagupan City.

2. Initial investigation revealed that the victim was walking along the
national highway when a lone unidentified gunman aboard a Honda Click 150,
color white, of unknown plate number suddenly stopped and shot the victim
four times in the torso. The unidentified suspect fled northward towards
Jurisdiction, Lucao thereafter.

3. The victim Mark Allen Aquero Tadeo who sustained multiple

gunshot wounds was rushed to Region 1 Medical Center Hospital but was
declared dead upon arrival.

4. The motive behind the incident is still unknown.
