FACTS OF THE CASE:

10:30AM of January 8, 2016 at Zone-6, Brgy. Del Rosario, Pilar, Sorsogon, a minor was
stabbed to death by Gregorio Rosin Quezon Jr, 39 years old, single, deaf-mute, farmer and a
resident of same place. Victim sustained several stabbed wounds on her body and was rushed to
Doctor Peralta Medical Hospital, Cumadcad, Castilla, Sorsogon but was declared dead on arrival
by the attending physician thereat. Suspect was able to arrest by the responding elements of
Castilla MPS and was turned to Pilar MPS personnel together with the weapon used.

FACTS OF THE CASE:

On February 3, 2016 On or about 11:00 in the morning a shooting incident transpired at

barangay Estanci,Kalibo,Aklan. The victim was named Arturo Delos Santos,38 years old single
and a resident of Brgy. Estancia, Kalibo, Aklan. The victim was rushed to DRSTMH but
pronounced DOA by the attending physician.

Investigation further revealed that prior to the incident, while the victim was standing at the
above-mentioned place; suspect arrived and without any apparent reason shot the Victim several
times.

Personel of Kalibo Police Station are now conducting follow up operation and investigation to
establish the motive of the incident and to identify the suspect brought behind bars.

FACTS OF THE CASE:
(SHOOTING INCIDENT): One ARJE CABANGUNAY Y GULMATICO, 30 years old,
married, of Brgy. Poblacion Catbalogan Samar, appeared this station and reported that he was
allegedly shot by the Security Guard of Paradise Park on or about 3:00 p.m. this date. Victim
sustained gunshot wound on the right back shoulder.
Entry Nr. 09- 1139/29 Sept 02/4:20PM: Person of Arje Cabangunay y Gulmatico
appeared this office and reported that the suspects who shot him was NESTOR LABERON
09- 1141/29 Sept 02/5:00PM: (RE: 091135): Initial investigation conducted by this
station at the place of incident disclosed that Security Guard of Banahaw Security Agency,
one was posted at a parcel of the land adjacent to Paradise Park, Brgy. Poblacion Catbalogan
Samar, wherein more or less 50 families living said place was allegedly harassed by member of
said Security allegedly fired his firearm hitting, as per interview with the residents of said Park
identified ARJE CABANGUNAY Y GULMATICO, 30 years old, married, hitting him on the
right back shoulder of unknown caliber of gun and JOHN RAY ESTRELLES Y NUEVA, 37
years old, single also of Paradise Park. On the contrary during interview by PO3 GANN JAIRO
L. PUERTULLANO with the Security Guard that was allegedly attacked by the residents of
Paradise Park. Victim ARJE CABANGUNAY was treated of gunshot wound at Abasolo Clinic
but later transferred to Samar Provincial Hospital for further treatment JOHN RAY
ESTRELLES was brought to undisclosed hospital. Incident occurred on or about 3:00PM this
date.

Brgy. Estancia, Kalibo, Aklan. The victim was rushed to DRSTMH but pronounced DOA by the
attending physician.

Investigation further revealed that prior to the incident, while the victim was standing at the
above-mentioned place; suspect arrived and without any apparent reason Hack the Victim
several times .

barangay Estancia, Kalibo, Aklan. The victim was named Carlito Dela Cruz ,22 years old married
and a resident of Brgy. Estancia, Kalibo, Aklan. The victim was rushed to DRSTMH and is still
on critical condition.

Investigation further revealed that prior to the incident, while the victim was standing at the
above-mentioned place; suspect arrived and without any apparent reason stab the victim several
times .

Personel of Kalibo Police Station are now conducting follow up operation and investigation to
establish the motive of the incident and to identify the suspect brought behind bars.
