SUBJECT : Spot Report re Motornapping Incident

DATE : September 24, 2018

1. Reference: Memorandum received from OIC, Molave MPS dated

September 24, 2018 with subject same as above.

2. Please be informed that at about 10:00 AM of September 24, 2018, one

AILENE CAW-IT y CHAVEZ, 29 years old, married, housewife and resident of Sto.
Niño, Mahayag, ZDS personally appeared at Molave MPS and reported that at about
9:00 A.M. of the same date, she parked her XRM 125 color black/white with
engine/motor no. KPY00E7743 and Chassis no. KPY00007704 bearing temporary
Plate no. 22382 registered under the name of her husband Enrico Caw-it of Upper
Sto. Niño, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur, in front of Madelicious Bakeshop, Mabini
St., Molave Public Market, Maloloy-on, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur and she
proceeded inside Juanita Enterprises also in same address in order to buy groceries.

3. After thirty (30) minutes later, she returned and to her surprised her
parked motorcycle was already gone believed to be motornapped or taken while she
was inside Juanita Enterprises.

4. Molave MPS is now conducting police operation for possible

identification and apprehension of the suspects and recovery of said single MC while
this PPO already flash alarmed the incident to all C/MPS. Progress report will follow.
