FACTS OF THE CASE:

(PARRICIDE): One Benilda Panganiban y Romero, 26 years old,


single, of Rincon, Valenzuela City, appeared this station and reported
that her nephew named RODOLFO PANGANIBAN II (Junjun) was allegedly
killed by his own mother named VANESSA PANGANIBAN y SANTOS, on or
about 6:00 p.m. on 23 December 2018.

Entry Nr. 01-1137/24 Dec 18/9:10AM: Person of BENILDA PANGANIBAN


y ROMERO appeared this office and reported that the suspect who killed
her nephew Junjun was VANESSA PANGANIBAN y SANTOS.

09- 1141/24 Dec 2018/10:00AM: (RE: 091135): Initial investigation


conducted by this station at the place of incident disclosed that
JUNJUN is killed inside his residence by strangulation by his own
mother. Incident occurred on or about 6:00PM on 23 December 2018.
