ARRESTING OFFICERS:

PSMS Joemar Piano, 40 years old, male, married, police officer, assigned at QCPD, and a resident of No. 19 Barangca St. Brgy. Bato
Marikina City.
Time, Date, Place of Occurrence (TDPO)
At about 10:05AM of April 22, 2021, at Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), Quezon Avenue Branch, Dona Hemady St., Quezon
City.
Investigation disclosed that on the above stated TDPO, It appears that the four masked suspects conspired to rob the RCBC, Quezon
Avenue Branch with Rudolph A. Canibas acting as look out at the road, while his brother was then inside the bank ransacking the
money thereat. However, Rosalinda A. Costales (victim/fatality) one of the bank cashier refused to give money, so Enrile A. Canibas
leveled his gun at her. At that instance, Atty. Leonardo Batongbakal (victim/fatality) one of clients thereat shielded his body to protect
the said cashier, but Enrile A. Canibas started firing the all the victims using his M16 riffle. Because of the fire blast created, the
patrolling team of QCPD heard the ongoing incident. Immediately thereat, they responded at the scene. But before the QCPD patrol
car reached the entrance of the bank, the suspected armed robbers started firing at them, hitting the driver of the mobile Patrolman
Jerome Deculing (victim/fatality). At that occasion the remaining elements of responding team has no other peaceful means to
control the situation but to retaliate and return fire to defend themselves. Because of the gunfire exchange Jeffrey Aguilando,
Reynaldo Batongbakal, Bernardo Batongbakal (victims/fatalities) were shot as result. After the barrage of fire exchange between the
responding police officers and armed masked robbers the two suspects were successfully arrested while the three others managed
to escaped together with the robbed money amounting to PHP10, 000,000 using their getaway vehicle towards unknown direction.
Subsequently, above-cited suspects were brought to Quezon City General Hospital for Medico-legal and later into this Station for proper
investigation and disposition.
Throughout investigation, the apprehended suspects were informed of the nature of the charge leveled against them and apprised of their
Constitutional Rights in Tagalog language known and understood by them, but they opted to remain silent, in the absence of their
chosen Counsel.

Sagot : Nais ko po sanang mag sampa nang reklamo sa krimen nangyare sa aking anak na kanyang ikinamatay.
2. T : Saan, kailan at anong oras ba naman naganap ang wika mong aksidente?
S : Sa may RCBC, Quezon Avenue Branch, Dona Hemady St., Quezon City po, Bandang alas 10:20 nang umaga Abril 22, 2021.
3. T : Sino ba ang sinansabi mong naging biktima nang krimen na ito?
S : Ang akin pong anak na si Jeffrey Aguilando, 36 taong gulang, binata, 604 Brgy. Pitong gatang Project 4, Quezon City.
4. T : Anong klaseng krimen ba naman ang nangyari sa anak mo?
S : Binaril po anak ko na naging sanhi ng kanyang pag kamatay.
5. T : Nakilala mo ba ang sinasabing nakabaril at nakapatay sa anak mo? at alam mo ba ang kanyang pangalan?
S : Hindi ko pa masabi kung sino mismo ang nakapatay sa anak ko, ang sigurado pa lang po ay namatay sya dahil may naganap
holdapan sa RCBC na nagresulta sa palitan bala sa pagitan ng mga holdapers at mga tauhan ng pulisya ng Syudad ng Quezon.
6. T: Paano mong nalaman ang naganap na krimen at sino ang nagparating sa iyo? S : Tumawag po sa celpon number ko at Ipina-
alam po sa akin ni PSSg Peterson D. Ynigo.
7. T : Matapos ang nabanggit na krimen saan nyo na po nakita pang muli ang nasabing biktima at ano po ang inyong sunod na
ginawa?
S : Nakita ko po siya sa St. Therese Funenaria. At wala na pong buhay
8. T : Sa lalong ikaliliwanag ng pagsisiyasat na ito, maaari mo bang isalaysay ang buong pangyayari bago nangyari o naganap ang
aksidente?
S : Habang nasa tindahan po ako, ay may tumawag po sa celpon ko, at pinabatid na nasa Ospital po ang aking anak na si Jeffrey
Aguilando dahil po sa natamong tama ng bala ng baril sa kanyang katawan, nakita ko po na wala na syang buhay humigit kumulang alas
11:00 nang umaga, matapos po noon bandang alas 12:15 nang tanghali kami ay nag punta sa Quezon City Police Station, upang mag
sampa nang reklamo sa nakapatay sa aking anak.
9. T : Wala na muna akong itatanong sa iyo may nais ka pa bang idagdag o ibawas sa iyong salaysay?
S : Wala na po.

City. Joshua Moralda, 43 years old, single, jobless, and a resident of No. 222 Brgy. Maricaban Pasay City. Lester Balante, 29 years old,
married, jobless and a resident of No. 101 Cartimar Pasay City.

kumulang alas 11:00 nang umaga, matapos po noon bandang alas 12:15 nang tanghali ako ay nag punta sa Quezon City Police Station,
upang mag sampa nang reklamo sa nakapatay sa aking asawa.

That, we were presently assigned as mobile crew of Talipapa Police Station–3, Quezon City Police District, from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM.
That at about 10:30 AM of April 22, 2021, while are conducting police visibility patrol along the streach of Quezon Avenue. We, heard a
consecutive loud blast, allegedly coming from a gun shot discharge near the location of RCBC, Quezon Avenue. At that instance, we
immediately responded to the allueded place. But before we had reached the main hall-way of RCBC a group of armed men inside
the said bank started firing upon us, hitting our mobile driver Patrolman Jerome Deculing (victim/fatality). At that occasion, we had
no other peacefull means to control the situation but to retaliate and return fire to defend ourselves. Unfortunately, due to gunfire

Aguilando (victims/fatality) were shot as a result. After the barrage of fire exchange, we were able to successfully arrest the two
suspects who robbed the RCBC, 1. Rudolph A. Cabinas, 36 years old, single, male, electrician, and a resident of No. 6, Santol St.
North Daang Hari Taguig City, and 2. Enrile A. Canibas, 34 years old, single, construction worker, and a resident of No. 7, Sampaloc
St. North Daang Hari Taguig City. On the other hand, their cohorts were managed to elude arrest together with the PHP10, 000, 000
robbed money from RCBC, 1. Joey Barsolaso, 33 years old, sibgle, jobless, and a resident of 107 Brgy. Ususan Pasay City. 2. Joshua
Moralda, 43 years old, single, jobless, and a resident of No. 222 Brgy. Maricaban Pasay City. And 3. Lester Balante, 29 years old,
single, jobless, and a resident of 101 Cartimar St. Pasay City
That, right after the arrest we informed the arrested suspects about the nature of their crime committed, and were appraised of their
constitutional rights in the dialect understood by, but they opted to remain silent.
That, arrested suspects were brought to our office for proper documentation and paraffin test. And the recovered firearms used in the
commission their offense where submitted to the crime laboratory for ballistic test.
That, we are executing this affidavit of arrest to attest the veracity and truthfulness of the foregoing statements and to support the filling
of appropriate cases against the suspects.

INCIDENT/EVENTS:
Investigation disclosed that on the above stated TDPO, It appears that the four masked suspects conspired to rob the RCBC, Quezon Avenue Branch with Randolph
Canibas acting as look out at the road, while three of his companions was then inside the bank ransacking the money thereat. However, Rosalinda Costales
(victim/fatality) one of the bank cashier refused to give money, so Enreli Canibas leveled his gun at her. At that instance, Atty. Leonardo Batongbakal
(victim/fatality) one of clients thereat shielded his body to protect the said cashier, but Joey Barsolaso started firing the victims using his M16 riffle. Because of
the fire blast created, the patrolling team of QCPD heard the ongoing incident. Immediately thereat, they responded at the scene. But before the QCPD patrol car
reached the entrance of the bank, the group of armed robbers started firing at them, hitting the driver of the mobile Patrolman Jerome Deculing (victim/fatality).
At that occasion the remaining elements of responding team has no other peaceful means to control the situation but to retaliate and return fire to defend
themselves. Because of the gunfire exchange Jeffrey Aguilando, Reynaldo Batongbakal and Bernardo Batongbakal (victims/fatalities) were shot as result. After
the barrage of fire exchange between the responding police officers and armed masked robbers the two suspects were successfully arrested while the three
others managed to escaped together with the robbed money amounting to PHP10,000,000 using their getaway vehicle towards unknown direction. Subsequently,
above-cited suspects were brought to Quezon City General Hospital for Medico-legal and later into this Station for proper investigation and disposition.
Throughout investigation, the apprehended suspects were informed of the nature of the charge leveled against them and apprised of their Constitutional Rights in
Tagalog language known and understood by them, but they opted to remain silent, in the absence of their chosen Counsel.

PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:
To determine the presence of gunpowder nitrates on paraffin casts taken from RANDOLPH A. CANIBAS and ENRILE A. CANIBAS
FINDINGS:
Qualitative examination conducted on paraffin cast taken from above stated suspects resulted to the following:
1. Paraffin casts taken from RANDOLPH A. CANIBAS gave POSITIVE result to the test of gunpowder nitrates on both hands.
2. Paraffin casts taken from ENRILE A. CANIBAS gave gave POSITIVE result to the test of gunpowder nitrates on both hands.
CONCLUSIONS:
Both hands of ENRILE A. CANIBAS, and ENRILE A. CANIBAS have presence of gunpowder nitrates.
REMARKS:
The original copy of this report and the specimen submitted will remain in this laboratory for future reference .

and one (1) piece of fired slug marked with “MDS-9”.
2. One (1) unit of Gilboa Cal. 5.56mm M16 riffle with serial number 6546289 MATCHED the one (1) pieces of fired cartridge case marked with “GLC-7
and one (1) piece of fired slug marked with “GLCS-6”.
