SUBJECT : Spot Report re Article 153, Art. 151 and Direct Assault to Agent
of Person in Authority

DATE : October 23, 2020

. 1. Reference: a) Sketchy report dated October 23, 2020

2. Please be informed that at around 12:00 in the midnight of October 23,

2020, this office received a cellphone call from Brgy Captain Jose S Castaneda of Brgy
Callao, Gonzaga, Cagayan that a certain Jay Ar Asuncion y Sana, 34 years old, single,
laborer and a resident of Brgy Callao, Gonzaga, Cagayan has gone amuck.
Accordingly, said person was seemingly under the influence of liquor provoking trouble
at their residence, wherein Brgy Captain Castaneda hit Mr Asuncion with a wooden
stick on his knees for assaulting and continuously disrespecting Brgy Officials trying to
pacify him.

3. That upon arrival thereat, the suspect who apparently under the influence of
liquor, still unruly, ignoring the presence of PNP personnel trying to pacify and saying
unsavory words to them to wit. The suspect turned his ire to the PNP personnel,
continued to disobey, resist , elude arrest, and even attempted to boxed and kicked (Pat
Addatu) that prompted the responding PNP personnel to arrest said person and
consequently informed the nature of his arrest and his constitutional rights. Said suspect
was brought to this office for proper disposition prior to the filling of case against the
