SUBJECT : SPOT REPORT re Shooting Incident

1.Please be informed that On or about 06:30 PM of March 26, 2020 a shooting incident
transpired at No. 282 Brgy Halang, Calamba City, Laguna wherein the victim Rolly D. Santos Jr,
30 years old, married, and a resident Villa de Calamba Subd., Brgy Halang, Calamba City, and
work as a Collector at ZMZL Lending Corporation, Calamba, was shot by Juliano P. San Pedro
also known as JOLIO, 43 years old, a native of Samar, single, Jeepney Barker, a resident of 254
Brgy Halang, Calamba City, Laguna. A witness Roberto D. Cruz, also known as Bert, Variety
(Sari-Sari Store) Owner, married, a resident of No. 282 Brgy Halang, Calamba City, Laguna.
Witness saw the suspect shoot the victim while buying cigarette in his store and take the bag of
victim, after the alleged shooting incident witness make a telephone call to the police station on
the above mentioned time and date. The victim was brought to the nearest hospital, JP Rizal
Memorial Hospital for treatment on 07:00PM (witness brought the victim to the hospital.
 
2. The motive of the incident is undetermined, the case still under investigation and
suspect is at large, pursuit operation is being conducted for the arrest of suspect.
