SUBJECT : Spot Report re Shooting Incident

DATE : June 24, 2021

1. On June 24, 2021 at about 4:05 in the afternoon shooting incident

transpired at C. Raymundo Corner Bernal Street, Rosario, Pasig City wherein one
Pedro Penduko y Alejandro, 42 years old, married, Car Salesman and resident of
DRC Rayos Compound Rd, Pasig City was shot by suspects Harry Baradero y
Legaspi, 37 years old, married, laborer, a resident Brgy. Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City
and Nestor Dela Torre Y Urdas, 40 years old, married, laborer, a resident of Brgy.
Maybunga, Pasig City, and Henry Galibaw Y Dimasupil, 39 years old, married,
laborer, a resident of Brgy. Maybunga, Pasig City while onboard a red Suzuki
Smash.

2. As a result thereof, the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds at the

back of the body and was rushed to Pasig City General Hospital for medical
treatment but pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by attending physician thereat.

3. With the aid of the CCTV of Pasig City Disaster Risk Reduction
Management Office (PCDRRMO), the suspects have been identified by the wife of
the victim and were arrested in front of the house of Harry Baradero during hot-
pursuit operation that was conducted. Apprehending officers were able to recover
one (1) caliber .45 and one (1) caliber 9mm pistol believed to be the weapon that
was used in the commission of crime.

4. The suspects are now at the custody of this station for further
investigation and proper disposition. The victim and weapons were turned-over to
PNP Crime Laboratory Office, Camp Bgen Crame, Quezon City for examinations.
