Fact of the Cases: investigation.
At around 1:45 AM of September 18, 2021,  Case
Chito Miranda 27 years old, single, Pilot and a referred
resident of O1B Uranus St. Wings Subdivision under
Baguio City, Rico Blanco 28 years old, single, Civil investigation.
Engineer and a resident of O1A Venus St. Green Hill
Baguio City, and Raymund Marasigan 29 years old,
single, Seaman and a resident of O1C Jupiter St.
Manolo Fortich Baguio City appeared to this station
and reported that on the said DTPOI they heard
multiple gunshots at the back of their Toyota Land
Cruiser service vehicle and found Den-den Moreno
and Buwi Meneses lying on the ground. As a result of
the gun shot incident, victims were rush at Baguio
City Medical Center. Upon arrival, the attending
Physician Dr. Lee pronounced said victims was dead
on arrival. The suspects are still unidentified.

SUBJECT : Spot Report on Stabbing Incident
DATE : September 18, 2021

1. On September 18, 2021 at about 1:45 AM a gunshot incident happened at 4 th

street Prk. Sunflower, Brgy. San Pedro, Baguio City wherein victim Den-den
Moreno and Buwi Meneses was shot by suspects John Lloyd A. Cruz 28 years
old, single, jobless, Patrick B. Garcia 28 years old, single, jobless and Jason C.
Abalos 28 years old, single all residents of 3 rd street Prk. Mamirahay, Brgy.
Malabad, Baguio City. As a consequence, thereof, the victim sustained a gunshot
wound and was rushed to Baguio City Medical Center for medical treatment but
was pronounced dead on arrival by the attending Physician, Dr. Lee thereat. The
suspects were arrested during hot pursuit operation led by PCPT ABNER G.
MARASIGAN together with BCPS alert team and confiscated 2 units KG 9mm
rifle with 2 magazines loaded with 7 rounds each magazine and 1 cal. 9mm pistol
with 1 magazine loaded with 5mm ammunition.
2. The motive of the gunshot incident is yet to be determined and the case is still
under investigation.
