SUBJECT : Spot Report re-Physical Injury

DATE : March 1, 2022

1. On or about 3:00PM in the afternoon of February 27, 2022 transpired along

Zone 3 Sitio Magdalena Concepcion Grande Naga City infront of their neighbor’s
house, wherein the victim one, BULGOOR CORDILLERA y obanan, 18 years old,
student and a resident of Brgy. Concepcion Grande Naga City was allegedly boxed
by suspect one, LING USANO y Karu, 21 years old, single, student also and a
resident of Brgy. Concepcion Grande also of Naga City.

2. As a consequence thereof, the victim sustained a black eye on the right side
of his eyes and had bruises in different parts of his body. He was brought to the
Naga City Hospital for medical treatment.

3. The suspect was turned over to the Police Station.

4. The motive of the incident is undetermined and the case is still under
investigation.
