SUBJECT : Informing message on belated report on Serious Physical

Injury

2. This pertains to the Belated Report on Serious Physical Injury transpired on

December 27,2023 at about 01;00AM and reported to this station on December 29,2023
at about 07:40PM victim is Joseph Canellada y Bujaue, 27 years old, single, native and
resident of No. 1010, Fatima St., Brgy. Bagbaguin, Santa Maria, Bulacan.

3. While the victim was riding pillion on one Yamaha Aerox with MV File
Number 1380-0947489 driven by Kent Bryan Victolero y Gunita, 16 years old going
towards Brgy. Igulot, Bocaue, Bulacan he felt something hit his right leg. He
immediately told his companion to pull over and inform him about the matter and upon
checking, he saw his bloodied leg. The victim was brought to Rogaciano Mercado
Memorial Hospital for emergency treatment but later transferred to Philippine
Orthopaedic Hospital for further medical treatment. The victim sustained gunshot wound
and fracture on the right leg from alleged stray bullet.

4. Further investigation will be conducted to identify the circumstances behind

the incident.
