1. A stabbing incident took place in Arellano Street, Poblacion Zamboanguita, Negros

Oriental, Philippines, around 8:00 PM on August 19, 2001.
2. The victim, Romeo F. Abad, aged 64, visited a sari-sari store belonging to his niece,
Lester Huck Baldivino, to purchase cigarettes and sweets. Lester, preparing to close
the store for the night, engaged in conversation with Romeo as he smoked. Amidst
their banter, where Romeo teased Lester about his skin condition, Lester noticed
footsteps and observed Danny Boy Acabo running towards Romeo, followed closely
by Bingky Campos. Without warning, Danny swiftly stabbed Romeo in the lower right
abdomen with a plamingko, while Bingky stood nearby.
3. Followed by the stabbing, Danny and Bingky promptly fled the scene. Although
shocked, Lester managed to gather himself and apply pressure to Romeo's wound.
Romeo was transported to Holy Child Hospital but was pronounced dead due to
hypovolemic shock, leading to cardio-pulmonary arrest.Requested/Recommended
actions from Hqs.

DATE : February 13, 2024

1. Please be informed that on August 19, 2001, around 8:00 PM, a stabbing incident
took place on Arellano Street, Poblacion Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental. The
individuals involved were identified as Binky Campos and Danny "Boy" Acabo.
Danny quickly stabbed Romeo in the lower right side of his abdomen while Binky was
present nearby.
2. The individual identified as the victim was Romeo F. Abad, aged 64, a resident of
Arellano Street, Poblacion Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental.
3. One plamingko was seized from the possession of the suspect.
4. Progress Report will follow.
