1. On August 19, 2001 at about 8:00 o’clock in the evening, a stabbing incident
occurred in Arellano Street, Poblacion Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines.
The victim was identified as Romeo F. Abad, 64 years of age, was stabbed by at the
lower right side of his abdomen with a plamingko by Danny boy Acabo.
2. As a result thereof,The victim sustained severe injuries to his
liver,gallbladder,duodenum,and pancreas,resulting in his death the following day
while undergoing medical treatment at the Holy Child Hospital.
3. After stabbing Romeo,the suspect, Danny Boy Acabo and Bingky Campos,fled the
scene.
4. Requested/Recommended actions from Hqs.
5. Progress report will follow.

3. Plaminko was used as a weapon stabbing the victim.
