AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I Adrian Mark A. Doca, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Zone 4 Mallillin street,
Lanna, Solana, Cagayan after having been duly sworn in accordance of the law, do hereby
depose and state that;

1. That I personally saw that the accused Mark Doca is forcing the minors Adrian, Mark,
and Bernard to work and the accused has been harassing them since they get to live
here.

2. I watch how the accused treats the minors, he was treating them like a slave, a money
machine. Mark using them for him to have money for his vices, and personal needs
without thinking the condition and how these minors feel.

3. Mark was my neighbor for a long time and I watch and personally saw everything that
he was doing. These three minors are not the only minors that he abused and force to
labor, there are still other minors that experienced the treatment that he is doing.

4. For a long time I keep my mouth shut because I don’t want to get involve in anything
Mark is doing, but the happenings and the wrong doings that Mark is makig are to
much that’s why already reported it.

5. I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purposes it may serve.

AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

We, SPO1 Adrian Mark Doca and PO2 Mar Hernandez, both members of Philippine
National Police, presently assigned at the Solana Police Station, do hereby depose and state
THAT:
1. At about 9 o’clock in the morning, May 9, 2023 a phone call report was called to the
station about the said Slavery case happening in Lanna, Solana, Cagayan.

2. Upon receiving the call, the Station immediately assigned us to go and seize the said
suspect Mark Doca 30 years old, resident of Lanna, Solana, Cagayan, and singe. He
was said forcing three minors to work for his own benefit.

3. Upon arriving we caught on the act that the suspect was harassing the three minors
naming Adrian 17 years old, resident of Centro, Solana Cagayan, Mark 15 years old,
resident of Nangalisan, Solana, Cagayan, and Bernard 16 years old, resident of Lingu,
Solana, Cagayan.

4. After conducting an interview and gather testimonies to the victims and we

concluded that Mark Doca commit the crime Slavery violating Republic Act
9208 or the Anti-Trafficking in Persons act of 2003.

5. IN TRUTH TO THESE WE HEREUNTO affixed our signature below to

FACTS OF THE CASE
On about 0900H in the morning, on May 9, 2023 a report coming from Adrian Doca
through phone call a said slavery case happening in Lanna, Solana, Cagayan. Wherein the
victims are being harassed and force to work for the own benefit of the suspect. The victims are
Adrian 17 years old, Mark 15 years old, and Bernard 16 years old. They are being force to sell
sampaguitas, to beg people, and to enter constructions. And the said suspect are using the
money for his vices.

AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT
I, Tina Batumbakal guardian of the victims of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, 37 years
old, resident of Centro, Solana, Cagayan.
1. That am accusing Mark Doca resident of Lanna, Solana, Cagayan, 30 years old, and
Single, for a case of slavery.

2. I’m accusing Mark Doca for harassing and forcing my minor nephews Adrian, Mark,
and Bernard to work for his own benefit. Adrian was 17 years old; Mark is 15 years
old, and Bernard is 16 years old.

3. The accuse offer my nephews for a good education and good life not for that hell like
life that he made them experience. The accuse was taken my nephews to his custody
January 6, 2023 after coming to my house. The accuse was a friend of mine, that’s
why I thought he has a good intention.

4. I am therefore executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily in support of my intent to

file a case for Slavery and/of the appropriate criminal case against the suspect Mark
Doca.
