JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

We, the UNDERSIGNED Police Officers, both members of the Philippine

National Police, presently assigned at the Santa Ana Police Station, City of Manila,
do hereby depose and state THAT:

01. We are among the members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) who
conducted entrapment operations at Baranggay 898 located along Santa Ana;

02. Said operation stemmed from the complaint of Cassandra Jabien

for violation of REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9165 AN ACT INSTITUTING THE
COMPREHENSIVE DRUGS DANGEROUS DRUG ACT OF 2002 which was
referred to our office by the Baranggay Captain of Brgy.898 against Andrew Alba,
31 years old, single, Filipino and residing at No.122, Maglingkod Street,
Baranggay 898, Santa Ana Manila City;

03. On the complaint dated March 2, 2023 the complainant was

offered to buy illegal drugs from suspect worth P150,000.

04. Upon receipt of their said complaint, our office planned out an
entrapment operation against the suspect. At about 4:03 in the afternoon of March
10, 2023 the undersigned together with the complainant proceeded at the pre-
arranged pay off Cassandra Jabien located along Jolibee Maglingkod Branch,
Manila City to give the money being asked by the respondent;

05. Upon arrival thereat, complainants waited for the suspect to arrive
while we the undersigned seated near the table of the complainants. At about
4:22pm, suspect arrived and approached the complainants and after few
conversations, complainants handed over the marked money to the suspect that
minutes of prompted the undersigned to immediately effect arrest;

06. Seized and recovered in the possession and control of the arrested
person were the following, to wit:
 a.) Marked Money, one thousand peso bill with serial
numbers of KO124564, LP789456, HU456789, GY741852 and
FT963258;

b.) MOL 15 grams of Kush and 2 pieces of ecstasy; and

c.) iPhone 14 pro max and Globe prepaid card

07. Suspect together with the seized and recovered evidence was
brought to the PNP Manila Crime Laboratory Office in Manila Police District
Headquarters, Manila City for booking and proper disposition. Likewise, the
arrested person was apprised of their rights as provided for under the Constitution
of the Philippines.

08. The report of the PNP Crime Laboratory Group Physical

Identification Report No. 0123-45 dated March 10, 2023 revealed that suspect
Andrew Alba was POSITIVE for the presence of Bright Yellow Ultraviolet
Fluorescent powder on both palm and right dorsal portion of the hands.

We executed this joint affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing

facts and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Andrew Alba for
violations of Republic Act No. 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act
of 2002.
