JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

We, the UNDERSIGNED Police Officers, both members of the Philippine

National Police, presently assigned at the Silang Municipal Police Station, Silang
Cavite, do hereby depose and state THAT:

01. We are among the members of the Silang MPS who conducted operation
inside the residence of one Johnson M. Abuel located at #8 Rizal Street Brgy. Tartaria
Silang, Cavite.

02. Said operation stemmed from the complaint of PEMS Johnell C.

Quevedo of Silang MPS for illegal selling of “shabu” contrary to Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 which was referred to our office against Johnson M.
Abuel, 25 years old, single, Filipino and residing at #8 Rizal Street Brgy. Tartaria
Silang, Cavite;

03. On the complaint dated September 25, 2022, accused Johnson M.

Abuel did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully, and feloniously possesses and sells
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or “shabu”;

04. Upon receipt of their said complaint, our office planned out an
operation against the suspect. At about 9:30PM on October 2, 2022, the undersigned
together with the complainant proceeded at the residence of the suspect located at #8
Rizal Street Brgy. Tartaria Silang, Cavite to effect the arrest;

05. Upon arrival thereat, the officers announced their presence, showed
the warrant of arrest, explained the situation is being captured by a recording device
and reasoned out their purpose in the language known to the suspect and to them.
Afterwards, they have arrested the suspect inside his residence;
06. Seized and recovered in the possession and control of the arrested
person were the following, to wit:

a.) Six (6) pieces of small sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
alleged "shabu”;

b.) Three (3) thousand peso bills;

07. Suspect together with the seized and recovered evidence was brought
to the Silang Municipal Police Sfor booking and proper disposition. Likewise, the
arrested person was apprised of their rights as provided for under the Constitution of the
Philippines.

08. The report of the PNP Crime Laboratory Group Report No. 0147 dated
October 4, 2022, revealed that the evidence seized was POSITIVE for the
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or “shabu” test.
We executed this joint affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Johnson M. Abuel for violation of
RA 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 Section 5.
