    The undersigned, Chief of Police of Silang Municipal Police Station, accuses one
    Johnson M. Abuel in the municipality of Silang, province of Cavite, Philippines, the said
    accused did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully, and feloniously possesses and sells
    Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or “shabu”.
    Contrary to law.
