Article II Section 13 of the Philippines 1987 Constitutions states that the state recognizes
the vital role of the youth in nation building and shall promote and protect their physical, moral,
spiritual, intellectual and social well being. It shall in-calculate in the youth patriotism and
nationalism and encourage their involvement in public and civic affairs.

The Almeria Municipal KKDAT Officers and Almeria Police Personnel in partnership
with Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and Local Youth Development Council, will be having
an Advocacy on Covid Vaccination Awareness, Drug Abuse Prevention Program, Environmental
Clean-up drive Awareness cum KKDAT PEACE AMBASSADOR AND AMBASSADRES
BILIRAN 2022 this coming November 5, 2022 at Biliran Province State University Gymnasium.
In support, participation from the Municipal and Barangay Governments, DILG (MLGOO),
Sangguniang Kabataan, LYDO’s
