RESOLUTION NO. 02 -2022

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY PILI, ALMERIA,

BILIRAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE MILLON TWO HUNDRED
FORTY THREE THOUSAND SEVENTY-SEVEN PESOS AND SIXTEEN CENTAVOS (P 1,243,077.16)
AND APPROPRAITING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan during regular session agreed for Authorizing the SK Annual Budget of
Barangay Pili, Almeria, Biliran for Fiscal Year 2022 in the total Amount of One Million Two Hundred Forty Three
Thousand Seventy-Seven Pesos And Sixteen Centavos (P 1,243,077.16) and Appropriating the necessary funds for
the purpose.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataaan Annual Budget of year 2022 of Brgy. Pili, Almeria, Biliran with the
following appropriation are as follows:

WHEREAS, the Disbursement of the SK Fund shall be in accordance with the implementing rules and regulations
of Republic Act No. 10742 and other rules and regulations issued by authorities concerned &.

WHEREAS, any procurements to be undertaken shall strictly be subject to the provisions of RA No. 9184 otherwise
known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Hon. Renz B. Sabornido and duly seconded by SK Member
Joel B. Umpad, be it . . . .

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to Approve to Authorize the SK Annual Budget of the Year 2022
of Brgy. Pili, Almeria, Biliran and its following appropriation stated above.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution must be furnished to the Brgy. Council, office of
the Municipal Accountant, SB Member, Budget office for information & appropriate action.

RESOLUTION NO. 01 -2022

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM
(ABYIP) OF BARANGAY PILI, ALMERIA, BILIRAN.
WHEREAS, section 2 of RA 10742 states that “the State recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-
building .and thus, promotes and protects their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being,
inculcates in them patriotism, nationalism and other desirable values, and encourages their involvement in public and
civic affairs.

WHEREAS, the SK official should formulate their own Annual Barangay Youth Investment for 2022;

WHEREAS, it is incumbent upon the SK to determine activities that are essential for youth of their barangay;

WHEREAS, the SK officials of Barangay Pili has prepared the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program in
accordance with approved Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan;

NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN OF BARANGAY PILI, ALMERIA, BILIRAN, to approve the Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program of Barangay Pili, Almeria, Biliran.
