SUBJECT: Advocacy on Covid Vaccination Awareness, Environmental Clean-up

Drive Awareness cum KKDAT PEACE AMBASSADOR AND
AMBASSADRESS BILIRAN 2022 on November 05, 2022.

Article II Section 13 of the Philippines 1987 Constitutions states that the state
recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation building and shall promote and protect
their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well being. It shall in-calculate in
the youth patriotism and nationalism and encourage their involvement in public and civic
affairs.

As to the creation of a nationwide movement dubbed as “Kabataan Kontra Droga at

Terorismo” (KKDAT) that intends to organize, train and mobilize the youth and students
sectors as advocacy support groups that will stand against illegal drugs and terrorism;
to enflame the spirit of volunteerism among the youth and student sectors through
Police Community Relations platforms and programs; and to empower the youth and
student sectors to become proactive partners of the government nationwide cascading
of advocacies relative to anti-terrorism and anti-illegal drugs, especially on matters
related to Barangay Anti-drug Abuse Council (BADAC) tasks and responsibilities and in
social reintegration programs for reformed illegal drugs personalities.

In this connection, the Almeria Municipal KKDAT Officers and Almeria Police Personnel
in partnership with Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and Local Youth Development
Council in coordination with Biliran Provincial Police Office will be having an Advocacy
on Covid Vaccination Awareness, Drug Abuse Prevention Program, Environmental
Clean-up drive Awareness cum KKDAT PEACE AMBASSADOR AND AMBASSADRES
BILIRAN 2022 this coming November 5, 2022 at Biliran Province State University
Gymnasium.
In line to the said activity, we humbly request to every Municipal Police Station in the Province
of Biliran to extend full support prior to varied activities, transportation and expenses on this nation-
building and youth empowerment program.

EFFECTIVITY:
This Memorandum shall take effect immediately.
