SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Theft “Shoplifting”

DATE : December 05, 2020

1. Reference: Standard Operating Procedure.

2. This pertains to the Theft Incident that transpired OOA 6:25 PM of

December 05, 2020 at Hyper Market, Anabu 1-B, Imus City, Cavite wherein the
Complainant: Hyper Market Represented by: James Modina Caballero, 25 years old,
single, Security Guard (SIC), and resident of Liwayway Homes Subd., Anabu 1C,
Imus City, Cavit. Suspect 1. Kirs Ecovilla y Bermas, (M) 30 years old, single,
jobless, and a resident of Block F2 Lot 7, San Lorenzo, Ruiz 1, Dasmariñas City,
Cavite.

3. At around 10:30 PM of December 05, 2020, suspect of said incident

was brought before this office by SG James Modina Caballero. Initial Investigation
conducted disclosed that on the above-said DTPOI suspect went inside said Hyper
Market and pretended as a customer. Upon seeing chances, suspect took two (2)
Revicon-Forte, Tab-30S, amount Php 359.50 and four (4) Nutella- Spread, Hazel
Nut-350G, amount Php 1,118.00 with the total amounting to Php 1, 477.50 and
placed the same inside the bag pack he was carrying. However, without his
knowledge, suspect was being closely monitored by the Complainant/SG. James
Cabello who arrested his after exiting the store without paying the said items at the
casher. Arrested suspect is now under investigation by this station.
