SUBJECT : Final Report re: Robbery Incident

1. Reference:

a. Radio message spot report with Cite Number: 000-01.

2. A robbery incident transpired at about 7:30 pm along Shower St, Near Isabela United Doctors
Medical Center, Cabaruan, Cauayan City wherein victim one Tony Unlucky, 25 years old,
single, resident of Brgy Sto. Niño, Cauayan City. Tony Unlucky was robbed by these two (2)
unidentified male factors armed with a gun.

3. Immediately upon receipt of the report. PNP elements of Cauayan City Police Station led by
PSMS Ariestothle Johward Domingo, Patrolman Joey Boy Telan and Patrolwoman Kyla
Asuncion proceeded to the place of incident to conduct ocular inspection and investigation over
the case. Initial investigation disclosed that victim Tony Unlucky while under the influence of
intoxicating liquor, arrived to the BDO Automated Teller Machine to withdraw some money to
buy more liquor and beer and with no apparent provocation pointed a gun to Tony Unlucky and
robbed by these two person identified as Ezekiel Labuguen, 25 years old, single, jobless and
resident of Purok 3, Villa Luna, Cauayan City, Isabela. Ian Paul Lazaro, 24 years old, single,
jobless and resident of Purok 4, Villa Luna, Cauayan City, Isabela. The final investigation found
out that a Rolex watch and ₱10,000 cash and the Toyota Vios was stolen by these suspects.
4. Suspect Ezekiel Labuguen and Ian Paul Lazaro were arrested by the responding team and
subsequently brought to Cauayan City Police Station for proper case disposition while victim
Tony Unlucky decided to push through with the case.

5. A case for Robbery under Article 293 of the Revised Penal Code has already been filed at the
City Prosecutors Office against the suspect Ezekiel Labuguien and Ian Paul Lazaro under I.S.

No. XNXX-001 and subsequently filed at Regional Trial Court, Branch 19, Cauayan City under
Criminal Case No. 04-05-001, dated May 05, 2023.
