THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the following are the excerpt entry of the record of
events of the Police Blotter of the Municipal Police Station, Tubungan, Iloilo to wit:

(Illegal Gambling) At about 2:30pm of April 26, 2020, this office received information thru
cellular phone from a concerned citizen that there were persons engaging in Illegal Gambling at
Barangay Adgao, Tubungan, Iloilo. This office immediately proceeded at above mentioned place
and caught in the act the persons of (different denominations and marked to wit; 1.) 36 pieces One
peso coins marked as “GTTB-1”, 2.) 10 pieces of five peso coins marked as “GTTB-2”, 3.) one
piece ten peso coin worth marked as “GTTB-3”, 4.) three pieces of twenty peso bill marked as
“GTTB-4, 5.) one piece fifty peso bill marked as “GTTB-5” and 6.)one piece of one hundred peso
bill marked as “GTTB-6” with total amount of three hundred six pesos (Php306.00). Subject persons
were informed the nature of their offense committed and likewise apprised them their constitutional
rights under Miranda Doctrine and brought to this police station and after brought to Rep Pedro
Trono Memorial Guimbal Hospital for medical examination and after brought back to this office for
proper disposition and filing of case. Hot pursuit operation was conducted by this office for the
possible arrest of Ian Tabucuran.
