SUBJECT : Spot Report Re-Apprehension of DAYSALIN GILBA AGANG ALIAS INDAY for
Violation of R.A

1. Reference: SACLEO;

2. Request be informed that at about 10:00 PM of August 8, 2023, Anti-illegal Gambling taskforce of
this office led by PCPT SIAROT under the supervision PMAJ CAROL U JABAGAT, Station Commander
together with elements of Regional Special Operations group (RSOG11) led by PCPT DAMIANO
ALBACITE under the supervision of PLTCOL JACY JAY BIOS FRANCIA - C, RSOG conducted Anti-
illegal Gambling Operation (Last Two Digit) at Magie Street, Purok- 4, Sitio Basak, Mintal, Davao City which
resulted to the apprehension of JUN AROSAN VIOLATE ALIAS BOKNOY male, 23 years old, born on
August 10, 2000 at Davao City, single, jobless and a resident of Purok- 4, Sitio Basak, Brgy. Mintal, Davao
City, after being caught in the act and arrested of soliciting bet money to PCPL Harvey Wayne Nicollo Octavio
Erum who posed as poseur bettor of illegal number games known as “LAST TWO DIGIT’’ at the above-
mentioned place using two (2) pcs. Genuine Php. 20.00 bill with serial number U519195 and XM641956 with
initials HWE to bet number 05-15 combination.

3. Confiscated and recovered from her possession and control the following evidences:
a. two (2) pcs. Genuine Php. 20.00 bill with serial number U519195 and XM641956 with initials
HWE,
b. One (1) pad Kotejo
c. Ballpen color black
d. 160 pesos in different denominations believed to be proceeds of the last two-digit game.
e. One (1) pc kotejo with bet number 03 and 11

4. Apprehended suspect as well as the confiscated/recovered evidence is now in the custody of this
office for proper disposition, while a case for violation for RA 9287 is being prepared against the arrested
suspect.

Confidential Informant personally appeared to this office and divulged an information that a
certain alias “palong” was evidently seen at Calachuci Street, Brgy.Mintal, Tugbok District,
Davao City soliciting/collecting bet money from the bettors for last two-digit game. The
said information was immediately referred to our station commander for validation and
action taken. For record

Uyanguren led by PLT ARNIETO R ICO, Deputy Station Commander under the supervision of PMAJ
CAROL U JABAGAT, Station Commander left this station bound to Calachuci Street, Brgy.Mintal,
Tugbok District, Davao City to launch Anti-illegal gambling operation against alias “palong”
wherein PCpl Atop was tasked to act as poseur bettor and with him is the prepared bet
money one (1) pc genuine 20 pesos bill with serial number CP 546058 with initials REA. For record

ICOW blotter entry number _____________, Peace officers mentioned, returned in this
office and presented the person of LANCE HEQUILEAN ALBARILLO ALIAS PALONG, male,
36 years old, born on February 8, 1987 (POB- Davao City), usher, single, transient resident of Brgy.
Crossing Bayabas, Toril Davao City and a resident of Purok- 12, Brgy. Bato, Toril Davao City . Subject
person was apprehended after being caught in the act of soliciting bet money to PCpl Atop who posed as
bettor of illegal number games known as “LAST TWO DIGIT’’ at the above-mentioned place using one (1)
pc. Genuine Php. 20.00 bill with serial number CP 546058 with initials REA to bet number 05 combination.

3. Confiscated and recovered from his possession and control the following evidences:
a. one (1) pc genuine 20 pesos bill with serial number CP 546058 with initials REA (bet
money),
b. Last two stubs with written bet numbers with carbon,
c. Ballpen color yellow and
d. 600 pesos believed to be proceeds of the last two digit game.

Apprehended suspect as well as the confiscated/recovered evidence is now in the custody of this office for
proper disposition, while a case for violation for RA 9287 is being prepared against the arrested suspect.
SKETCHY RE- APPREHENSION OF FOR VIOLATION OF RA 9287

What: Apprehension of person for violation of RA 9287 (last two)

Where: Calachuchi Street, Brgy. Mintal, Davao City

When: July 25, 2023- at about 2:30PM

Who: LANCE HEQUILEAN ALBARILLO ALIAS PALONG, male, 36 years old, usher, single,
transient resident of Brgy. Crossing Bayabas, Toril Davao City and a resident of Purok- 12, Brgy.
Bato, Toril Davao City. (Suspect)

How: After PCpl Atop pretended as bettor successfully bet 05 number in exchange of
prepared bet money one (1) pc genuine 20 pesos bill with serial number CP 546058 with
initials REA to the suspect who soliciting bet money.

Confiscated from the possession and control of the apprehended suspect, pcs of evidence
to wit:

1. one (1) pc genuine 20 pesos bill with serial number CP 546058 with initials REA
2. Last two stubs with written bet numbers with carbon
3. Ball color yellow
4. 600 pesos believed to be proceeds of the last two game.
