Calica.

2. This pertains to the letter complaint of Ms. Lani Obas of Suerte Subdivision,
Purok 2, Brgy. Sudapin, Kidapawan City seeking for police assistance relative to her
request to conduct of thorough investigation on the vehicular incident involving Ace
Agudo Obas that resulted in his death.

3. Please be informed that upon receipt of the memorandum from your office,
this PRO directed C, RIDMD and PD, CPPO to take appropriate actions on the
matter. On March 16, 2020, PD, CPPO submitted an Investigation Report regarding
8888 Citizen’s Complaint with ticket Reference No. P20191226-111-4 against PSSg
John I Calica. On January 15, 2020 C, RIDMD of this PRO, submitted a report to the
citizen’s complaint hotline. Further, former RD of this PRO submitted a report to your
office with subject Action Taken on Police Assistance re Conduct of Thorough
Investigation dated March 25, 2020. (Attached are the Investigation Report and
Report on Action Taken)
