1. References:
a. PNP MC 2018-050 as amended by PNP MC 2020-051; and

b. Regional Oversight Committee Meeting on EMPO and Illegal Drugs.

2. In connection with the above, please be informed that at about 3:10 p.m. of
January 15, 2024, this office facilitated the conduct of information dissemination
through PICE in pertains to the guidelines and procedures in the reporting of crime
incidents especially cases reported and investigated by other law enforcement.

3. In this regard, the undersigned reiterated the said directives to the PNP
personnel especially to the CIRAS in-charge.
