SUBJECT : Explanation Warrant has not been served and returned

in Court, more than six (6) months after its
issuance

1. Reference: Order Archiving Case dated February 10,2023

2. In reference above please be informed that accused Arjay Moya Aborque

charge for the crime of Rape docketed under criminal case number R-TAC-21-
01064-CR. That based on information relayed to me by my Assistant Warrant
Subpoena PNCO PSSg. Ian R. Bianito the same is no longer sited within the
municipality of Pastrana, Leyte. Furthermore, the return of said warrant has been
overlook for the reason that my Chief Warrant and Subpoena PNCO PEMS Ramil
was relieved from my station last January 18,2023. Wherein a pile paper works
was left to the Assistant Warrant and Subpoena PNCO who was also designated
as Assistant Intel PNCO who was also tasked on the submission of compliance to
our higher office.

Dear Ma’am:

Greetings!

This pertains to your Order of Archiving Case issued last February 10,2023
wherein I was ordered to explain within five (5) days from receipt, hereof why there has
been no service or return of service on the warrant of arrest for more than six (6)
months after its issuance on the warrant of Arrest of Arjay Moya Aborque, charge for the
crime Rape docketed under criminal case number R-TAC-21-01064-CR.
In connection thereto, based on intelligence report relayed to me by Assistant.
PSSg. Ian R. Bianito the said warranted person is no longer sited within the municipality
of Pastrana, Leyte. Furthermore, the return of said warrant has been overlook for the
reason that my Chief Warrant and Subpoena PNCO PEMS Ramil was relieved from my
station last January 18,2023. Wherein a pile paper works was left to the Assistant
Warrant and Subpoena PNCO who was also designated as my Assistant Intel PNCO in
charge on the submission of compliance to our higher office.
We hope for a favorable consideration on this matter.
