SUBJECT : Reiteration re: Documentary Requirements for LTO

Deputation

DATE : January 16, 2023

1. Reference: Memo from this Office dated January 11, 2023 with same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the incoming training and deputation of your recommended

PNP traffic personnel from your station to be scheduled and conducted by the LTO
Regional Office 2, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

3. In this regard, direct your recommendee to secure/provide following

documentary requirements as per LTO Memorandum Circular dated 13 September
2017 re: Guidelines in the Deputation of LTO Regulation Officer:

a. Certified true copy of Certificate of Employment/Appointment

Order;
b. Endorsement from Head of Office/Chief of Police;
c. 2x2 ID picture with signature at the back;
d. Certificate of Non-Pending Case; and
e. Clearance from Law Enforcement Agency (PNP/NBI).

4. Further, submit the said requirements to this Office (Attn: POMU) NLT
January 18, 2023 for consolidation to be submitted at the LTO Regional Office 2
prior the start of training which will be announced later.
