2. This pertains to the letter from Atty. Francis Tom F. Temprosa, Director IV,
HREPO, CHR inviting the PNP for the Free Professional Certificate Course on Human
Rights-Based Approached on Penology for the security sector to the central and
regional offices of the PNP.

3. In this regard, advise interested personnel to enroll in the said certificate course
and submit to this office the list of participants with their emails and contact numbers for
our reference prior submission to HRAO,NHQ and submit NLT 8:00 AM of July 8, 2022.
