of the Philippine National Police dated August 15, 2019; and

b. Memorandum from TDPCR with same subject above dated August

29, 2019.

2. This pertains to the request of Atty. Kristian R. Ablan, Assistant Secretary

for Policy and Special Concerns, FOI Program Director for a statement/
testimonial from the PNP relative to the ongoing monitoring of the implementation
of the freedom of information FOI.
