1. References:
a. Memo from CRS, NCRPO dated May 3, 2021, with same subject as above;
b. Memo from OIC, SARMS/S1 dated August 2, 2021, with same subject as
above.

2. In connection with the above references, please be informed that at about 8:45 AM
of this date, personnel of this substation led by the undersigned conducted DPAR, PICE and
Mentoring in front of Theatre Mall Greenhills Shopping Center, Barangay Greenhills, San Juan
City.
3. Reiterated during the activity were the CPNP’s Guidance for the personnel who will
vote at their designated Polling Centers Place and those who opt to avail absentee voting for the
upcoming National and Local Election on May 09, 2022.

4. Likewise, also disseminated the memorandum from higher headquarters on the

observance of Tamang Bihis, Tamang Pag-uugali, Intensified Cleanliness,15 Do's and Dont's,
COMELEC Guidelines, strict adherence to the IATF health and safety protocol, to always open
and monitor the body worn camera (BWC) and to be vigilant and alert during tour of duty.
