1. References:

a. PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030; and

b. Memo from DRDA dated August 13, 2020 with subject Actionable items during
ASCOFT Conference and Contact Tracing on August 10,2020.

2. This pertains to the conduct of daily Inspection Report by Admin Support to COVID-
19 Operation Task Force (ASCOTF) Team Leader.

3. In connection with the above references, please be informed that the DDOPPO Red
Teaming Team headed by PMAJ JOY LYNN G ABAGON, Chief, PWCPD, conducted inspec-

tion at about 9:45 AM of JANUARY 7, 2022 at MARAGUSAN MPS with regard to the health
protocols in relation to COVID-19 pandemics. Based from the inspection conducted, the station
and other establishment complied with the health standard such as Hand Washing Area, Foot
Soak Disinfectant, Wearing of Face Mask and Face Shield Policy, Thermal Scanner, Alcohol/
Sanitizer, Observance of Social Distancing, Disinfection/Sanitation of Offices,Vehicles and Es-
tablishment , Hazardous Waste Disposal, and Office Cleanliness. Activity ended at about
11:40 AM of same date.
