MARIÑAS, ACOP conducted Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) Review to
all Section Chief / Technical Working Group (TWG) of this Municipal Police Station.

regarding the said activity.

MINUTES OF MEETING
III. MATTERS ARISING DURING THE TWG MEETING.

Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) Reviewfor the month of October 2022
was conducted.

PEMS Jonathan G Magnaye ,Asst. Chairman of TWG asked for the updates
regarding Performance Average (PA) of their respective for the month of November
2022.

PCMS Amelia S Kiskisol, PCAD PNCO discussed that the PCAD section gained
ninety eight (98) Performance Average (PA) for the month of November with the
rank of number one (1) in Class B Municipality category.
PMSg Joel V Lero , POMU PNCO discussed that the POMU section gained one
hundred twenty nine point fifty (129.50) Performance Average (PA) for the month of
November with the rank of number one (1) in Class B Municipality category.

PCpl Mae Kristine Claire D Bantugon ,HRDD PNCO discussed that the HRDD
section gained seventy two point eighty six (72.86) Performance Average (PA) for
the month of November with the rank of number fifteen (15) in Class B Municipality
category.

PEMS Jonathan G Magnaye,Asst. Chairman of TWG advised the other Section

Chief (PIDMU, PIU, DITCM, PPU, PCFB, DRD, PLB , PARMU) to coordinate to their
counterpart at Higher Headquarters and monitor the Performance Average (PA) of
their respective section.

IV. ADJOURNMENT

PMAJ MICKGLO D MARIÑAS , ACOP commend the POMU and PCAD PNCO for
being number one (1) in Class B Municipality category. Further, advised the HRDD
PNCO to maintain / improve the Performance Average (PA) of his section .Said
conference was adjourned at 09:00 AM of the same date.
