2. Submitting herewith the After Activity Report regarding On The Spot Inspection and
Correction (OTSIC) for the period of November 22, 2019 wherein PEMS Edward B
Banggawan conducted inspection to all Duty detailed personnel of this MPS and remind
the same about the PNP Memorandum Circular No 2017-060 with the subject
Guidelines and Procedures in LOI “TAMANG BIHIS”. The inspection ended to a positive
result or no found infractions committed.
