 Naguilian PS Helps the 190 Stranded Workers

Naguilian Police Station, Naguilian, Isabela –

On June 9, 2020 at about 1:00 in the afternoon,
PNP personnel of Naguilian Police Station led by
PMAJ GARY H MACADANGDANG, Chief of
Police together with Bureau of Internal Revenue,
Department of Labor and Employment,
Department of Social Welfare and Development,
Municipal Health Office, and Local Government
Unit headed by ENGR. JUAN R CAPUCHINO,
Municipal Mayor were able to bring home the
190 stranded workers of Lucky J 888 Rice Mill
Corporation located at Barangay Palattao,
Naguilian, Isabela to Misamis Oriental using 8
buses of Dalin.

Before their departure, the PNP provided

security and assistance to the staff of Municipal
Link of DSWD and DOLE in the distributing of
cash grant among these workers and the PNP
also distributed Face Masks to the one hundred
ninety (190) Stranded Workers.

The workers were very grateful and happy

because finally, they will be able to see their
families again. The workers went home with a
smile on their faces.
