2. This is in line with the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN program under

the Peace and Security Framework of the CPNP,
dubbed as Malasakit, Kaayusan at Kapayapaan
Tungo sa Kaunlaran (M+K+K=K), PNP PATROL
PLAN 2030 and BIDA. On May 2, 2023 at about
9:00 AM personnel of Police Station 2 led by PEMS
Allan M Aurelio, PCAD PNCO; a representative
from Alpha Rho Sigma Fraternity and Sorority 1965;
in coordination with Chaplain Virgilio D. Gozon,
KASIMBAYANAN Adviser visited Brgy. Sta. Lucia,
Puerto Princesa City. During the visit, at about 9:30
AM, PEMS Aurelio held an orientation to 20
participants composed of barangay officials led by Hon. David Balingit, Punong
Barangay, BNS/BHW, Barangay Tanods/BPATS and SK/KKDAT. The orientation was
about peace and security framework M+K+K=K and the PNP Revitalized
KASIMBAYANAN that highlights the synergized and collaboration partnership between
the PNP and the public through the intervention of and help of the Faith-based group or
Religious Sector. The activity ended about 9:45 AM of the same date.
