a. PNP “KASIMBAYANAN; and
b. PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030;

2. This is in line with the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN program under

the Peace and Security Framework of the CPNP,
dubbed as Malasakit, Kaayusan at Kapayapaan
Tungo sa Kaunlaran (M+K+K=K), PNP PATROL
PLAN 2030 and BIDA. On May 03, 2023 at about
2:00 PM personnel of Police Station 2 led by PMAJ
NOEL A MANALO, Station Commander, with PCPT
MANUEL O LLENADO, Assistant Station
Commander; a representative from Alpha Rho
Sigma Fraternity and Sorority 1965; in collaboration
with Chaplain Virgilio D. Gozon, KASIMBAYANAN
Adviser, held a formal signing of Memorandum of
Understanding between PS2 represented by PMAJ
NOEL A MANALO and Rotaract Club of Puerto
Princesa Central represented by CJ Kurt Dimalanta
Rillo. The signing was also witnessed by Ms. Judy
Anne Saurin of Rotaract and Mr. Russell Christian
O. Fernandez, 2023 Local President, JCI Puerto
Princesa Oil who manifested to have a similar
signing between JCI Oil and PS2. The purpose of
the signing of the said instrument is to promote
better collaboration, coordination, and partnership
between the two parties especially in implementing
PPAs highly beneficial to the constituents within AOR. It was also discussed during the
formal signing that the Club will continually support PS2 on its PPAs having social
impact. The activity ended about 2:45 PM of the same date.
