a. Designation of C, RCADD, PROs as Focal Person for Local Peace
Engagements (LPE);

b. PNP Implementation to Guidelines for the Conduct of Local Peace

Engagements (LPE), National Task Force to end Local Communist
Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC);

c. Implementation Plan (Implan) to CMC-14-2022- Guidelines for the

Conduct of Local Peace Engagements (LPE), National Task Force to
end Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC); and

d. PNP P.A.T.R.O.L PLAN 2030.

2. This pertains to the conduct of virtual via zoom meeting on Cascading on

Information, Education and Communication (IEC) on Conduct of Local Peace
Engagement (LPE), NTF-ELCAC. The guidelines on the references above was
cascade to lower units particularly to Bohol and Negros Oriental Police Provincial
Offices, down to their respective concern municipal police stations and city police
stations.

3. In this regard, respectfully submitted the After Activity Report of virtual via
zoom meeting on Cascading on Information,Education and Communication (IEC) on
Conduct of Local Peace Engagement (LPE), NTF-ELCAC that started on 1:00 PM
and ended at about 3:30 PM March 16, 2023.
