SUBJECT: AAR on Strict implementation of Rules/Regulation and

Intensification of Security Measures in Custodial Facility

1. References:

a. Memorandum from Regional Director dated April 25, 2023 with same
subject as above;
b. Verbal Instruction of RD, PRO7 on April 19, 2023,
c. Reiteration of the Memorandum from the Chief, Regional Investigation and
Detective Management Division (RIDMD) on the Guidelines in the
Management and Supervision of All PNP Custodial Facilities and Persons
Under PNP Custody dated November 17, 2022;
d. Reiteration of the Memorandum from the Chief, RIDMD with subject:
Strictly Enforce Rules/Regulation and Intensify Security Measures in
Custodial Facility dated November 16, 2022; and
e. PNP MC 2018-027 “Guidelines and Procedures in the Management and
Supervision of the PNP Custodial Facilities and Persons Under PNP
Custody (PUPC).”

2. In view of the above references, please be informed that under the supervision of
PLTCOL ROMEO G CUBO, ACOP, At around 9:20 o’clock in the morning this
date, PSSg Buen Diamano, Duty Investigator and Pat Mark Anthony Acabal, Asst.
HRAO PNCO, conducted inspection on Custodial Facility of this station in line
with the strict implementation of Rules/ Regulation and intensification of Security
Measures on Custodial Facility to assure proper management and prevent the
presence of all kinds of contrabands , to wit;
