Exercise of the Basic Logistics Course (BLC) Class 02-014-
R13-2022-014 Students

1. References:
a. Memorandum from OIC, PRO13 dated February 14, 2023 with subject:
Conduct of Inventory Taking Exercise of the Basic Logistics Course
(BLC) Class 02-014-2022-014; and
b. Memorandum from TDHRRD dated March 31, 2022, with subject:
Training Directives No. 2022-01 titled PNP Master Training Action Plan
for CY 2022 (In-Service Training).

2. This pertains to the inventory taking Exercise of the Basic Logistics Course
Class 02-014-R13-2022-014 scheduled on February 16-17, 2023 wherein the
students are required to inspect selected units and offices in compliance with the
new normal which will be conducted thru physical and virtual inventory.

3. In this regard, please be informed that on February 16, 2023 at 8AM, BLC
Class 02-014-R13-2022-014 Group 3 led by the undersigned conducted physical
inventory and inspection of PNP properties and equipment of Bislig City Police
Station. Activity ended at about 2PM of February 17, 2023.

4. Attached are photo documentation and Certificate of Appearance of the


said activity.

I. Purpose and Objectives

 To conduct physical inventory and to establish proper and accurate

inventory and inspection of all assets and properties of Bislig City

Police Station;

 To check the veracity of previous inventory report.

 To maintain optimal inventory levels at all times;

 To minimize more distant losses and illicit utilization of PNP

properties issued in the unit;

 To evaluate the performance, credibility, and efficiency of the

Supply PNCO and other employees assigned to the Supply division

in maintaining the PNP assets.;

 To reiterate the responsibility and accountability of all PNP

personnel in the custody of PNP properties;

 To evaluate the serviceability status and maintenance of equipment

including mobility assets of Bislig City Police Station.

 To attest and locate physical existence of properties or assets in

use.

 To define the responsibilities and accountabilities of all concerned

personnel pertaining to management of hand gun and basic assault

rifle(bar)/light weapon.

 To update the inventory record of the unit in conformity with the

PNP’s current rules and regulations.

 To maintain accurate records on all property.

II. Scope and Authority

Doing a physical inventory and examination of all components is the activity.

The Bislig City Police Station They include all naturally occurring, donated, and lent

items like mobility, communication technology, firearms, military, police, and

security Office and ICT equipment as well as emergency response and rescue

equipment (SAR) Technological and scientific equipment for managing civil

disturbances (CDM) Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Other Mechanical Equipment

in the Inventory, documented.

Additionally, the inventory and inspection were completed inconformity with the Basic

Logistics Program of Instruction (POI) Together with and through the RD, PRO13

Memorandum dated February 14, 2023, with the topic "Basic Inventory Taking

Conduct Exercise" The "24-day Logistics Course (BLC) Class 02-014-R13—2022-

014, PRO13," which is an Online Basic Logistics Course, is one of the required

criteria of the course.

III. Course of Inventory (Methodology)

Viber platform for the preparation of the Planned
Objectives on the scheduled Physical Inventory
and Inspection.

inventory records, files and other pertinent
documents for comparison, checking and
counter checking of Bislig City Police Station
properties.

task to each member, billeting, transportation,
unit coordination, and the itinerary.
