2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that this Office
conducted Weekly Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) to all
personnel regarding Revitalized PNP Kasimbayanan and cardinal rules of safe gun
handling to prevent accidental firing

On September 6, 2023,
PCPT GUILBERT PAJARILLO, Officer of the day of Tuguegarao City Police Station,
Cagayan Police Provincial Office conducted PICE operational matters and checking
of attendance among personnel deployed within the area of responsibility. Likewise,
to ensure Tamang Bihis was observed while performing duties and responsibilities.
This activity is in line with PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA, JR, Chief, PNP's 5-
focused agenda to build a strong and more effective PNP.

On September 6, 2023, PEMS Samuel Melad, Beat Patrol Inspector, Tuguegarao

City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial Office conducted PICE and inspection
among personnel of Tuguegarao City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial
Office.. This in line with PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA, JR, Chief, PNP's
“Serbisyong Nagkakaisa”, the Peace and Order Framework under a “UNIFIED PNP”,
for a better and more effective police force
On September 5, 2023, PCPT ANAZEL A BOSI, Officer of the day of Tuguegarao
City Police Station, Cagayan Police Provincial Office conducted PICE regarding
admin matters and checking of attendance among personnel deployed within the
area of responsibility. Likewise, to ensure Tamang Bihis was observed while
performing duties and responsibilities. This activity is in line with PGEN BENJAMIN
C ACORDA, JR, Chief, PNP's 5-focused agenda to build a strong and more effective
PNP.

personnel ensure Tamang Bihis was observed while performing duties and reminded
them to be extra vigilant in rendering their duties and responsibilities. Also, he
reminded them on relevant matters in the performance of their duties.This activity is
