conducted Weekly Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) to all
personnel regarding Revitalized PNP Kasimbayanan and cardinal rules of safe gun
handling to prevent accidental firing

On August 30, 2023,

PEMS Samuel Melad, Beat Patrol Inspector of Tuguegarao City Police Station,
Cagayan Police Provincial Office conducted PICE and checking of attendance
among personnel deployed within the area of responsibility. Likewise, to ensure
Tamang Bihis was observed while performing duties and responsibilities. This
activity is in line with PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA, JR, Chief, PNP's 5-focused
agenda to build a strong and more effective PNP.
