    Dear Director Ferrer:

    This has reference to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between


    Polytechnic University of the Philippines and the National Capital Region Police
    Office wherein PUP-Taguig Branch allocated one (1) classroom to be utilized by
    NCRPO personnel in different trainings and seminars.

    Further, please be informed that this Police Office would like to donate fifty
    (50) monobloc armchairs and two (2) units of split type air-conditioned for the smooth
    and convenient classroom that will be openly used by NCRPO personnel and PUP
    students. In this regard, request comment on the monthly electric bill incurred.
