1. Reference memo from PD Zambales PPO dated September 3, 2022.

2. This pertains to the security measures during Police Operation to be

avoided like the reported significant incident in Ampatuan MPS Ampatuan,
Maguindanao.

3. In view of the above reference, submitted herein is the report of this

station regarding with the security measures conducted by this station.

4. That the undersigned reiterated and discussed to all personnel the

security and other safety measures for the Police Operation to avoid any incident
involving Police Personnel.

5. In line with this, the undersigned encourage the intel operative of this
station to be always aware in any information gathered from their assets and
strengthen the BIN and other force multiplier for the monitoring of illegal activity of
lawless element particular the CTG/LTG within AOR.
