2. Anent the references, on March 4, 2019 at about 7:45 AM personnel of

this station rendered salute to a clean flag during the traditional Flag Raising
Ceremony held at Concepcion Municipal Hall. Activity ended at about 8:25 A.M with
no untoward incident.
